The Hydrox Mobile™ HX2000 is an evolutionary oxyhydrogen generator designed and built
by Hydrox Energy Sdn Bhd. Our patented electrolyzing oxyhydrogen generator converts
ordinary water into an oxyhydrogen gas to supplement diesel, natural gas and fuel oil and
reduces hazardous carbon emissions. This is an On-Demand technology and requires no
modifications to the marine engines, power generators, melting furnaces, industrial boilers and
waste incinerators.


For power generators and marine engines:
An addition of 10LPM oxyhydrogen gas to marine engines and power generators up to 500kVA
will increase performance by 15% to 35% depending on injection systems. In the case of
common injection system, it may require replacement or modification of the electronic control
unit for optimal results. A simple installation provides 15% gain and modification of sensors or
reprogramming will increase fuel savings up to 35% and horsepower by 20%.


For melting furnaces, industrial boilers and waste incinerators:
An addition of 10% to 20% of oxyhydrogen gas raises temperature of the flame by 200C to
250C, flame size by 25% to 30% and efficiency by 40% to 50%.

Method of use:
A certified and qualified installer is required for system installation especially for power
generators, marine engines, melting furnaces, industrial boilers and waste incinerators. The
HX2000 is set up to operate only if the above is working. This can be done by getting the
signals from the alternator, turbine power, fuel electro valve or thermometer. The power cord
of the system must be earthed for safety and the system should be placed at least 5 meters
from the heat source.

System sizing:
HX2000 is designed for furnaces, boilers and incinerators up to 150kW (511363 Btu/hr
or 45tons) and generators and marine engines up to 1MW to save 20% or more. Reduce
the gas, diesel or fuel oil input of the furnaces, boilers and incinerators by reducing kW to
maintain the same heat and save fuel & reduce carbon footprint.
